Delivery, Returns and Refunds Policy

Shipping Information

Standard Delivery
Items typically ship by UPS and will arrive 5 business days after shipping from our warehouse.

Priority Delivery
We offer Standard Shipping via USPS, UPS Second Day (PM Delivery) and UPS Overnight (PM Delivery).

Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping will be delivered within 5 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Priority Shipping
Priority Shipping orders placed by 1 PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped out of our warehouse the same day.

Weekend Delivery
We are unable to arrange weekend deliveries. All shipping and processing times listed on our website are in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all national holidays). Some of our shipping carriers occasionally deliver orders sent via standard shipping on Saturdays, but this service cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Processing Deadlines
These above numbers are estimates based on our most common orders. For overnight and 2-day shipping, orders received before 3PM EST Monday to Friday (except holidays) will begin to process the same day. For 3-day and 3-day (ground) shipping, orders must be received before 1PM EST Monday to Friday (except holidays) in order to begin processing the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day.

International Shipping
Somabella Laboratories, LLC does ship products internationally.  The rates vary by Country.  No returns.

Sales Tax
Somabella Laboratories, LLC is required to collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to New York, New Jersey, and Florida.

Refund and Returns

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from date of purchase on all orders. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Somabella Laboratories, LLC for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed.

An original receipt is required for all returns of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.

Defective products may be returned within a reasonable period of time from date of purchase for a replacement or merchandise credit only.

In order to receive a refund, you must first email our Customer Service Department info@specificbeauty.com for the return authorization code.


Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, enclose the Return Authorization number issued with your return. Insure the package and ship via the carrier of your choice to:

Shipping Errors and Damages
Please email us at info@specificbeauty.com if order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of the problem. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
